Do you ship to my country?
Due to changes in general product safety regulation (GPSR) which came in to force on 13th December 2024, I no longer ship to the EU and Northern Ireland. I also do not ship to Switzerland and Russian Federation due to certain regulations. I do ship globally outside of the EU. Please note customs charges may apply.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Royal Mail First Class — £8.00
(please note: all items over £50 are sent via Special Delivery, as this is the only option which provides insurance cover in cases of loss or damage)
Royal Mail International Tracked — £15.00
Royal Mail Europe Tracked - £12.00
Estimated delivery times
United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
North America: 7-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-20 business days
PLEASE NOTE: I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on your location and the postal service in your location.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Custom Orders
If have seen something in my shop which is no longer available or if you like to request a custom order please contact me.
Larger items like bangles and rings will take up to 2 weeks to complete, as they will need to be hallmarked. Smaller items can be made within 3-4 days. However, if you require an item by a specific date, please give me as much notice as possible to as I don't like to disappoint my customers.
Custom orders are non-refundable but where possible I am willing to make minor adjustment but there may be a small additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Each piece of Ange B Designs Jewellery is made by hand in London. This means that it should be exactly what you are expecting, but, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me immediately via email (This must be done within 5 days of receiving your jewellery). Please read ‘terms and conditions’.
We will accept items that have not been worn or damaged in anyway. The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any earrings.
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
